This book (edition of 1,000) provides an intimate look at the inde/jacobs gallery/residence project designed by the architects Claesson Koivisto Rune of Stockholm. The Golden Horse by Rainis - Translation by Vilis Inde

This is a prose translation of Rainis' Zelta zirgs to English. It includes and Introduction and Afterword that provides Latvian history and the author's role in Latvia's freedom movement. The translation is also available for purchase from the Rainis & Aspazija Museum in Latvia - Memoriala Muzeja Apvieniba. 

Inde led a stream on translation and global communication at the Yale University Conference of Scandinavian and Baltic Studies in spring 2014. He also lead discussions about Rainis, his literature and his influence in the development of the Latvian nation at 3x3 camps in Garezers (MI) and Catskills (NY) during August 2015.

Signs of Marfa is a photographic exploration of this remote contemporary art town. Marfa provides a stunning combination of old and new. Even the broad blue skies and the vast golden grasslands are signs of Marfa. The book attempts to provide the reader with a visual understanding of Marfa.
